  • If you received a damaged item, use the Contact Us page or send us an email to support@glamwinks.com within 24 hours of confirmed receipt.
  • In the subject field please include "DAMAGED ITEM" along with your order number and picture of the damaged item(s).  

Damages due to shipping will be reviewed.  We do not guarantee a replacement will be granted.

For non-damage related matters, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns.
