We ship to the continental US, including: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
USA Shipping Rates
- FREE continental shipping on orders over $35.00 before tax (may take up to 7-10 business days)
- Orders over $35.00 may add USPS Signature Confirmation for $2.99
- Orders over $35.00 may request upgrade USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping after processing order) for $5.95 - this includes insurance up to $100 *just e-mail us at order@glamwinks.com
- Orders under $35.00 may also request USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping after processing order) for $8.95 *e-mail us at order@glamwinks.com
- Orders under $35.00 are delivered USPS Standard Shipping for $4.95 or USPS Standard Shipping with Signature Confirmation for $5.95
- Orders over $75.00 are automatically upgraded to USPS Signature Confirmation (please email order@glamwinks.com if you do not want this upgraded service)
Signature Confirmation is recommended to minimize the chance of missing packages. Signature Confirmation requires you to sign for your package at the time of delivery.
NOTE: Please double-check the address you are entering. Glamwinks will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. If your package gets sent back to us we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package. If your package has not been claimed within 5 days of us receiving it back, it will automatically be refunded, less shipping rate of $4.95. The funds will return back to your original form of payment. If you would like us to re-ship your package there will be a processing fee of $2.95.
Glamwinks is not responsible or liable for lost/stolen packages that have stated delivered by the carrier.
Canada Shipping Rates
- Standard First Class Package Shipping rates begin at $10.00 and increases based on total weight of package.
- USPS First Class Package is the most affordable shipping method but does not contain tracking information
- USPS Priority Mail International rates begin at $33.00 and you will be able to track your package
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process and if choosing USPS Standard First Class Shipping it may take another 10-21 business days for delivery time. (During the pandemic delivery may be delayed up to 4-6 weeks.)
Order & Shipping Confirmation
- An order confirmation will be sent to the email address on record once your order has been successfully processed.
- A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address on record once your order has shipped.
- The shipping confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. It may take up to 2 business days for tracking information to become available.
Glamwinks is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods by the postal service. Once your order has left our warehouse, received by the postal service and a tracking number has been assigned, we are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.
Delivery Time
- From the time we ship your order, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the USPS mail courier to deliver your package. Postal delays may require up to 7-10 additional business days for delivery. During the pandemic, international orders may take as long as 4-6 weeks before delivery. We do not ship on weekends and US holidays.
- If choosing USPS 2-3 DAY Priority Mail, please note that normal processing time for these orders are 1-2 business days.
- If USPS tracking confirms that the package was "Delivered," no refunds or replacements will be granted.
- If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
